EYADA built on the problem of poor implementation of the family medicine specialty in Palestine and the MENA region in general.
The family medicine specialty is primarily responsible for referring patients to the most suitable healthcare provider.
This problem affects most patients, reflecting the difficulty of accessing the required healthcare due to the challenge of finding a suitable specialist and the need to visit many specialists without achieving significant improvement.
This results in additional expenses for each unsuitable specialist who is not well-suited to the patient's case.

So, in EYADA, we make a technical simulation of the family medicine specialty using AI, via connecting patients with an ecosystem of Carefully Selected, Trusted, Secure, and Highly Quality Healthcare Specialists.
